In addition to owning and operating several businesses, Mr. Armando Lopez is passionate about working with his community to develop new projects and opportunities for the City of Parlier and the Central Valley. For 12 consecutive years, Lopez served in a variety of elected positions for the City of Parlier including mayor. He is the co-founder of the Elected Latinos Mayors Coalition and a current member of the Central Valley Water Board, which fights for equal distribution of water rights for local farms. Lopez was instrumental in the expansion of the Industrial Park in Parlier, which created several hundred jobs for local residents and raised millions of dollars for economic development for Fresno County. |
